About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document (Amendment -02) for solicitation FA865025RM001, providing clarifications about the Advanced Robotics and Automation for Manufacturing & Sustainment (ARAMS) opportunity.

Key details include confirmation that the government is awarding a cooperative agreement that requires cost sharing, rather than an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA). The effort will span 60 months for awarding projects, plus 24 months technical work and 3 months reporting, with funding covering the 60-month period. Other clarifications include: the cost elements breakdown should focus on the three proposed fee structures for the Consortium Manager; the SF424 serves as the cover page per industry guide Chapter 7; budgets should be displayed using the government fiscal year (October 1 - September 30); and the Privacy Act Statement is included as Attachment 9. The evaluation will consider both existing technical credentials of consortium members and their ability to recruit members for future requirements.
