About this file
This is a Questions & Answers document (Amendment -01) for the Advanced Robotics and Automation for Manufacturing & Sustainment (ARAMS) solicitation FA865025RM001. The document clarifies four key points: 1) The government confirms they are awarding a cooperative agreement that requires cost share, rather than an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA); 2) Both technical credentials of consortium members and their ability to recruit future members will be considered in evaluation; 3) The program will have 60 months for awarding projects, 24 months technical period, and 3 months reporting, with funding covering the 60-month period; and 4) Cost element breakdowns should provide build-up for three proposed fee structures as listed in 'Funding the Consortium Manager' in Attachment 1 ARAM SOW Section 4.3.
This Q&A document provides administrative and procedural clarifications rather than detailed technical requirements or scope information. The amendments appear to be focused on funding structure, evaluation criteria, and program timeline aspects of the solicitation.
