KC-46 Commodities Depot Activation Standup Common Questions & Answers #1

1. Does the USAF require repair parts (i.e., parts required to repair the depot commodities) to be cataloged and stock listed?

ANSWER: USAF will stock list the repair parts - FOPR will include requirement for provisioning data, if required, under SOW section 3.1 Engineering and Technical Support.

2. Multi-part question:

a. Is it correct to assume the following requirement only applies to future FOPRs:

"CDRL A001 Training materials are required to be delivered at 30 DAC?”

b. Does the Government intend to tailor the due date for delivery of training materials based upon the complexity of the LRU repair?

c. CDRL A001 requires monthly updates of training materials. Will the Government consider fewer updates to training materials?

d. How will the Government handle future part number rolls after the training material is delivered?

ANSWER:

a. Training requirements will be provided with each individual FOPR

b. Due date can vary based on LRU complexity

c. Training materials can consist of schedule, status, training documents, or as otherwise defined in individual FOPR

d. Part number rolls after delivery of training material may involve a separate contract action
