Question Set 2

Q1. Which drawing (or attachment #) goes with attachment 2, the gravity conveyor?

A1. Please review Amendment 1 to the solicitation. The amendment includes a reworking of the Little Rock requirements documents. Notably, attachment 2 is removed.

Q2. Is there an attachment 15 missing?

A2. Drawing BLR908-01 is included to describe the project at Little Rock AFB. The list in Section J assigns the drawing to attachment 15. However, a numbering error on the attachment header inadvertantly describes the drawing as attachment 16.The drawing on page 374 is the correct drawing for the Little Rock AFB project. Please disregard the error in the headings and confirm the drawing numbers on the drawings. The headers on attachments 16-20 seem to have been inadvertantly inflated. The drawings are correct, as amended.

Q3. Should we quote the transfer cart?

A3. Yes. The Transfer Cart requirements for the Altus project are described by CLIN 0012.
