Instructions for DOD SAFE Proposal Submission.

FA8604-20-R-8116

Proposals must be submitted by email or through DOD SAFE. Please review the instructions provided by FAR 52.212-1, included with section K of FA8604-20-R-8116. Mailed proposals will not be accepted.

DOD SAFE requires the contractor to first request drop-off access from Zachary Reynolds zachary.reynolds@us.af.mil or Phillip Anders phillip.anders@us.af.mil .

Please make the request promptly but not later than 12 June 2020. Requests for access after 12 June 2020 may limit the contractor’s ability to use DOD SAFE to submit proposals before the submission deadline.

The contractor is responsible for properly using the system for proposal submission. Direct questions to Zachary Reynolds, AFLCMC/PZIEB by email.
