About this file
This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division for Ohio counties (Greene, Miami, and Montgomery). The document establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits for service contracts awarded in this geographic area.
The wage determination (No. 2015-4731, Revision 31, effective 8/12/2026) specifies hourly rates for over 200 occupational classifications ranging from $12.33 to $48.27, including administrative support, clerical, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, health occupations, information technology, transportation, and technical occupations. All listed occupations receive health and welfare benefits of $5.92 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly, or $236.80 per week/$1,026.13 monthly) or $5.42 per hour under Executive Order 13786 ($216.80 per week/$939.46 monthly). Additional benefits include paid vacation accruing at 2 weeks after 1 year of service, 3 weeks after 8 years, and 4 weeks after 15 years; twelve paid holidays annually; and hazardous pay differentials of 8 percent or 4 percent for designated positions involving explosives, ordnance, or incendiary materials. Select occupations, including air traffic controllers, weather observers, and certain computer positions, contain footnote references indicating special wage determination provisions. Contractors must comply with uniform allowance reimbursement standards, conform unlisted classifications to listed ones via SF-1444 requests, and ensure employees receive written wage determination notices.
