charged o
● There is no standard required imeframe or transit on though a minimum thi ty (30) day period is an icipated between the date of contract award and the current contract expiration (7 31/2019) in which transit on may occur
● The addit onal instruc ions to offerors do not request a Transit on time ine and a imeline is not part of the Evalua ion Factors

Rat ona e LPTA means the Govt has al eady decided the serv ces required can be owest price with owest echnical (i e owest poss b e work orce) t seems that the objec ive should be o encourage qual ty of er an incentive for improved performance and determine amount of remedies for performance apses that wi l not cripp e the SB to whom the contract was awarded for the owest price Remedies seem too high for the performance risk of an LPTA award to an SB
• Wi l the Government please a firm the ca cu ated remed es are cons s ent with the performance isk in a SB set aside awarded by LPTA w th no monetary encouragement such as awa d ee for performance excel ence
The Government considers the remedies found in the PWS to be consistent with an ef ort of this nature
