-- Sub D transformers (one at a time) will be available during the week.

-- Sub B transformer B14 will require a power outage.

3. Who will do the transformer cable and/or bus disconnect/reconnect for the power factor tests? What are the transformer connections?

-- Contractor to perform disconnections. They can be made at flex fittings from the bus to the transformer bushings. Sub B transformer B14 has cable connections to the transformer secondary bushing.

6. Will infrareds be done before or after the maintenance work?

-- Infrared inspections may be done either before or after maintenance work.

7. Assume work will start 90 days after award. Are there any restrictions in the time to complete the work?

-- Performance period is 90 days. Work must be completed within 90 days of award.
