CDRL TBD System Deficiency Report (SDR) Data
DI-MISC-81627 is specific to LCAC amphibious vehicles. Is the intent to tailor this DID to document and track the resolution of deficiencies for the UH-1N MUOS modification?”
Yes, deficiency reporting should be for the UH-1N modification and platform. Deficiency Report, DI-PSSS- 81535 (attached) is the correct CDRL.
D 1
Distribution Statements on the Technical Orders
For C and D, please confirm that we can send selected documents marked with these Distribution Statements to our potential subcontractors in order for them to review and provide bids to the subject MUOS solicitation without additional requests for distribution.
Distribution C and D are only authorized for distribution to DOD Contractors. As such, these companies were only provided access because they are on contract via the MACM IDIQ. The sub-contractors are NOT on contract with the Federal Government; they are on contract with the primes. The prime could set up a reading library and allow a sub to come in and read a portion of the TOs.
D 2
Distribution Statements on the Technical Orders
For E, this interpreted as needing to request further distribution to our subcontractors because the release is only to DoD Components for Direct Military Support. Do you concur that we need to request the release to our subcontractors and are you the appropriate POC for AFLCMC/WIUBC, Robins AFB, GA 31098 to request distribution? Or are we able to distribute TOs 1H-1(U)N-4.PDF and 1H-1(U)N(I)-4.PDF to our potential subcontractors without requesting additional distribution approval?
Distribution E would be similar to Distribution C and D.
However, based on the fact that Offerors have not been awarded the TO, we would not approve any release of these TOs to potential sub-contractors.

IMS / WBS In the Round 1 questions item D-12 stated an IMS and WBS will be required. In the latest round of questions, item H-3 states no IMS is required but did not address the WBS. References to the WBS have been removed from the solicitation, please confirm that the removal of the WBS requirement was intentional.
IMS was only eliminated from the proposal requirement; it will be required for the awarded contract. Even though WBS was removed from the sole source referenced FAR 15 Chart and L-499 Provision, it is still a requirement for the proposal that will need to be addressed in the electronic cost model.
D 4 Control Display Navigation Units The latest rounds discuss the Block 1 aircraft and the Control Display Navigation Units (CDNU).
Are the Block 1 aircraft the only configuration that have the CDNU?
Yes, the Block I are the only aircraft with CDNU
D 5 Control Display Navigation Units What company or government agency has been making software changes to the CDNU? Who is the OEM for the CDNU?
The US Navy PMA-209 office handles the software changes for the CDNU.
D 6 Control Display Navigation Units Does the government own the source code for the CDNU? This is managed through the Navy.
D 7 Control Display Navigation Units Does the government have any of the software documents, Software User Manual, Software Product Specification, Software Version Description, etc?
The CDNU documentation and software are handled through the US. Navy PMA-209 office.
