Pre-Proposal Conference Schedule
The Government anticipates scheduling the Pre-Proposal Conference for the Ground Power Modernization (GPM) Program within three weeks of this posting. Based on this, the team has scheduled the dates of 1-2 November 2021, with a start time of 9:00 AM EST on 1 November 2021.
Similar to the pre-solicitation conference held in August 2021, the Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via virtual means utilizing Microsoft Teams, and will be recorded in its entirety. At this time, all industry participants will be required to call into the meeting unless access to AF365 Teams has been provided via other contractual vehicles.
The Government anticipates the first day of the conference be used for discussing the requirement, including top level program requirements, data deliverables, test considerations, contract strategy, source selection methodology, and proposal submission requirements. One-on-one sessions with industry participants are anticipated to be held on the second day. Depending on the number of one-on-one sessions requested, a third day (3 November 2021) may need to be scheduled. One-on-one sessions will be no more than 30 minutes in length. Conference materials will be posted within five days of conference commencement. Questions received from industry during the conference, including the one-on-one sessions, will be captured along with applicable responses to allow for posting to all interested parties to ensure fairness of information exchange and transparency.
In order to participate, interested industry participants shall provide a list of all virtual attendees (to include name, phone, and email address) to the Contracting Officer (brandi.owens@us.af.mil) and Buyer (reid.sawyer@us.af.mil) for scheduling and attendance tracking purposes no later than 25 October 2021. Please advise if your company would like to schedule a one-on-one session or not. One-on-one sessions shall be scheduled based upon time of receipt of this information from vendors. Further, calendar invites to both the general session and the individual company’s one-on-one session will be provided upon receipt of this information.
