The contract period will be for a total of ten years consisting of a three-year basic period and seven one-year ordering periods. The 72kW Ground Power Unit requirement will be partially set aside for small businesses with one contract awarded, while the consolidated requirement for all three equipment items will be open to full and fair competition with one additional contract awarded.
