Contractor Q&A
Q. Reference Attachment 5, Pricing Spreadsheet and CLIN Schedule (pg. 2 of solicitation). Please confirm that the Government is expecting an annual price only be input into the referenced spreadsheet as there are no units identified. We checked the referenced CLIN schedule and did not see any units referenced in that document either. Please clarify.
A. The CLINs are set up to reflect the solicitation. If you read the solicitation you will see that they are laid out as a shift. That is the unit.
Q. Reference Attachment 5, Pricing Spreadsheet. The instruction page of this workbook appears to have guidance directed toward the contracting office rather than toward the offeror. In addition, the tab for the sheet containing the Price Spreadsheet is labeled “example”. Please clarify.
A. The instructions are applicable to either, and the actual sheet labeled “example” is for the offeror to use to input their prices. You cannot change anything on the sheet and are to only input your data into the yellow cells.
Q. Are there any waivers currently in place that permit lower levels of staffing due to exceptionally low levels of historic workload, or must all shifts have, at a minimum, (excluding the AMOM) “At Least one individual that has an AMOS certification or higher and a second individual that must have an AMOC certification or higher” on all shifts?
A. No.
Q. There is a discrepancy in the pricing document furnished in the RFP. The pricing document calls for the 5th year price to be divided by ½ of OPTION YEAR 4, effectively [6] months. However, the actual performance period is seven [7] months. Please clarify.
A. CLIN’s 5001 through 5004 have been amended to reflect the six month period of 1 June 2024 to 20 Nov 2024. This will not result in an extension of the due date. Proposal due date remains unchanged.
