SUBJECT: QUESTION AND ANSWER

FA8501-17-R-0006

1. Can you extended the deadline for Volume III, Past Performance Information?

a. No. That said, it is only “requested” it be submitted early. It is not REQUIRED until proposal due date.

2. On page 66 of 93 it states “offerors are requested to submit Volume III, Past Performance

Information so that it is received ten (10) calendar day prior to the required due date for proposals. Failure to submit Volume IV by the earlier date will not result in offeror disqualification,” can you clarify the due date of Volume III and provide clarification to submit

Volume IV by earlier date?

a. It is requested past performance be submitted 10 days prior to the proposal due date.

The sentence “Failure to submit Volume IV by the earlier date will not result in offer disqualification” contains a typo. An earlier draft version of the RFP required additional volumes that were subsequently removed. That sentence should read “Failure to submit Volume III by the earlier date will not result in offer disqualification”.

3. Can you clarify if the full volume needs to be submitted?

a. It is requested Volume III be submitted 10 days prior to the proposal due date. Volume

IV (Price Proposal) must be submitted in full by the proposal due date.

4. Will there be an extension on due date?

a. No

5. How many cashier stations are in each facility and how many are used at each meal period?

a. To the best of the Government’s knowledge, here are the number of cashier stations currently being used on various dates/times:

i. 2‐Breakfast

ii. 3‐Lunch

iii. 2‐Dinner

iv. UTA Weekends be prepared for three cashiers for each meal
