About this file

This document contains information from a solicitation for AS9110C Inspection and Certification Services. The Ogden Air Logistics Complex at Hill Air Force Base in Utah and its geographically separated units including Randolph Air Force Base in Texas, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Arizona, and Kadena Air Base in Japan require a third-party certification body to perform inspections of their quality practices, identify deficiencies to be corrected, and issue a certificate of compliance once deficiencies are corrected to attain certification under Aerospace Standard AS9110C. The proposed contract will be a single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with an estimated five year ordering period and a six month option to extend. Geographically separated units will have the option to participate after the first year. The Government intends to solicit this contract using full and open competition. All vendors must submit a complete proposal based on requirements in attached documents and be registered in the System for Award Management with their Commercial and Government Entity code provided. Submitted proposals will be evaluated based on criteria in an attached document.
