14. (ID-02) This part/assembly is interchangeable in accordance with MIL-I-8500D and is controlled through control media. The interchangeable features of this part/assembly are:

FEATURES ATTACHING TO MLG

AND WING ATTACH HOLES

15. (ID-01) Identification marking per P.S. 16001, rubber stamp method only. Alternatively, parts may be identified per Z-R701, Code RS.

16. (GEN-15) DELETED

17. (MACH-05) Unless otherwise noted, kellering is allowable on all profile-toleranced surfaces not parallel or perpendicular to the feature's primary datum. Kellering is allowable on chamfered surfaces. All kellered surfaces are subject to a profile tolerance zone equal to

0.020 inch and oriented in the plane perpendicular to the direction of kellering.

18. (MACH-09) All corner radii intersecting plane surfaces shall blend smoothly from .02 to .12 corner radius.

19. (MACH-11) Unless otherwise specified, general surface mismatch shall not exceed .005 inches. Mismatch within 0.060 inches of the tangency of intersecting features (such as the intersection of a corner radius and the side of a stiffener) shall not exceed .010 inches, except that mismatch at intersections of equal height flanges and stiffeners shall not exceed .060 inches. The fillet radius associated with any surface mismatch shall be .09 inches minimum.

20. (MBD-12) Solid marker application of flag notes only (not datum target areas or feature control frames) shall have a surface profile tolerance all over of .060 regardless of feature size relative to datum A (primary), datum B (MMC {if applicable})(secondary), datum C (MMC {if applicable})(tertiary).

*21. (FIN-34) For noted area(s), omit general finishes (anodize, primer and topcoat) and instead conversion coat only per MIL-DTL-5541, Class 3.

*22. (FIN-32) For noted area(s) omit general finishes (anodize, primer, and topcoat) and instead brush chromate conversion coat per MIL-DTL-5541, Class 1A.

23. (019231) It is permissible to omit top coat and primer from surfaces identified as Datum A.

Additionally, it is permissible to omit top coat and primer from localized surfaces no larger than a circular region .75" in diameter as needed to facilitate fixturing.

24. (019418) It is permissible to omit the application of top coat as specified in Note 13 and instead apply at the 162D611621 next assembly level.

WARNING: This document contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751 et seq.) or Executive Order 12470. Violations of these export laws are subject to severe criminal penalties.

25. (MACH-23) Unless otherwise noted, the surface roughness average, Ra, of the as-machined part, shall not exceed 125 micro-inches per ASME B46.1 (2002).

700. (GDT-17) All dimensions, tolerances and datums per ASME Y14.5M (1994).

705. (GDT-02) The part shall be capable of being brought to the datum simulators by applying up to five pounds of force within any twelve-inch interval or an equivalent force within a smaller interval (e.g., half the allowed force at six-inch intervals, one quarter of the allowed force at three-inch intervals). Any number of allowed force units may be applied as long as the equivalent forces and intervals are maintained.

710. (GDT-03) Unless otherwise noted, tolerance for all features of constant thickness to be +/- .010.

740. (GDT-29) Unless otherwise noted, all part features are subject to a surface profile tolerance zone of .060 inch with respect to datum A (primary), datum B - F (secondary), and datum C (tertiary).

745. (004538) UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, TAPERED THICKNESS FEATURES THAT

DO NOT HAVE LOCATING FACES IDENTIFIED ARE SUBJECT TO A SURFACE

PROFILE TOLERANCE ZONE OF 0.060 INCH WITH REPECT TO DATUM A

(PRIMARY), DATUM B - F (MMC {IF APPLICABLE}) (SECONDARY), AND DATUM

THE PLANE PERPENDICULAR TO THE RADIUS AXIS.

800. (GEN-06) All dimensions are in inches.

810. (GEN-02) Unless otherwise noted, dimensions, geometric definition requirements, and surface texture designations apply after the last operation prior to the application of chemical finishes, platings, paints, and/or coatings.

This dataset containing the 3D representation of a part, its associated 3D geometry, 3D dimensions, 3D tolerances, and annotations along with its corresponding material and notes report specify the complete master definition.

905. (MBD-02) Annotation found in the MBD dataset may point to a solid entity that is not the master 3D geometry. These entities are called markers. The annotation is applicable to the area or volume of the master 3D representation geometry that contacts or intersects the marker (the marker may be fully embedded within the master geometry).
