Fixed Price Labor Rate Matrix Notes and Instructions:
1. All Labor Rates shall be fully loaded/burdened - includes base labor, indirects, overhead, G&A, FCCM and profit - will be evaluated (TEP)
2. Do not add labor categories or change worksheet columns or rows
3. All labor categories for all years must be populated. Do not leave priced cells blank, even if duplicative or only loosely matched to actual categories. Apply best match practicable. Do not use only zeros in cells.
4. Do not extent labor hour rates beyond two decimal places
5. Do not add or rename worksheet tabs.
6. The rate table will be used to negotiate all Over and Above, follow-on options, and other unpriced work within the scope of the contract.
7. The rate table will be used for all team members including the prime offeror, inter0divisions and all subcontractors. No additional labor rate categories will be added or labor rates changed after contract award except at the government's sole discretion.
8. Any other deviations or modifications from this table will be at the government's sole discretion.
