About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for the USAFA 10 LRS Ground Services Bus Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) solicitation FA700025Q0015. The document reveals there are current incumbent BPA holders under contract numbers FA700022A0001, FA700022A0003, FA700022A0004, FA700022A0005, FA700022A0006 and FA700022A0009.

The solicitation seeks multiple BPA holders to provide on-demand bus transportation services, with requirements that cannot be predetermined in terms of passenger count, location, or timing. High demand periods are expected during graduation and athletic events, potentially requiring multiple buses. No security clearances are required, though personnel must pass routine background checks. Pricing must follow Attachment 4 Price List format, and partial submissions for specific transportation services are acceptable. The period of performance is March 15, 2025 - March 14, 2030, with 25% of awards reserved for small businesses.
