About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Aircraft Wash Services issued by the 934th Airlift Wing. The solicitation (FA663326QA001) seeks multiple vendors to provide C-130H aircraft washing services, with historical wash data indicating 12-13 washes annually and a projection of 11 washes in FY26. Currently, the government anticipates approximately 1-2 washes per month, with three washes already forecasted for October.

The solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under NAICS Code 488190, requiring vendors to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Quotes are due by 12:00 PM Central Standard Time on 18 September 2025, with the government planning to award one or more BPAs to the most advantageous offeror. Specific requirements include submitting a price proposal, supporting certifications, UEI and CAGE Code. Actual aircraft tail numbers will be provided to the awarded BPA vendor(s) after selection, and vendors must demonstrate capability of meeting the Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.
