Q-1: Section 2.3 Roofing Membrane Parameter: were tests performed to confirm compatibility of Johns Mansville, Carlisle, or Goodyear to the current JP Stevens roof system?

Response A-1: Paragraph 2.3.1 " . The new membrane should be tan, to match the color of the existing roof membrane. TPO product shall be compatible with existing JP Stevens /Johns Mansville 80 mil Thermoplastic Polyolefin EP membrane. " If the contractors believe additional testing maybe required to confirm compliance then they need to perform it."

Q-2: Section 2.5.2. Please specify fall protection safety system requirements and/or provide a basis of design along with quantities required.

Response A-2: See Paragraph 2.5 and Section 3. Individual anchorage tie off points at the top of the roof were the basis of design. Cable systems are not acceptable.
