About this file

This is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for Solicitation Number FA527025Q0016, issued on 13 May 2025. The amendment modifies the performance periods for three Contract Line Items (CLINs): CLIN 0001, 1001, and 2001, shifting the performance dates from 01 June 2025 - 30 November 2025 to 01 July 2025 - 31 December 2025.

The amendment also updates the PACAF Ombudsman clause (5352.201-9101), which establishes a process for vendors to address concerns through an appointed ombudsman. The ombudsman provides a confidential channel for resolving issues related to the solicitation, with specific contact protocols. Before consulting the ombudsman, interested parties must first attempt to resolve concerns with the contracting officer. Detailed contact information is provided for the AFICC/KH Chief Enlisted Manager and the Air Force ombudsman at the Pentagon, with clear guidelines that the ombudsman cannot render binding decisions and should not be contacted for solicitation copies or technical clarifications.
