About this file
This is a pricing template spreadsheet for an invasive species removal contract at U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Okinawa installations, effective April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026. The template covers services at Torii Station, Naha Military Port, Chimuwan Tank Farms 1-3, and Kuwae Tank Farms 1-2, with line items organized into six major categories: administrative items (work plans, safety plans, meetings, reports), invasive plant removal, invasive anole control, invasive amphibian control, invasive ant control, and invasive spider control.
The template details specific pricing requirements for physical/mechanical removal and chemical removal of bitter vine and other JEGS-listed species across various area sizes (50-500 m²), monitoring and trapping of invasive anoles using different quantities of traps (30-50) over 1-2 month periods, daytime and nighttime amphibian surveys at different locations, and ant/spider surveillance and control services ranging from 1-4 days. The contract specifies that USAG Okinawa will handle disposal while the contractor is responsible for collection and accumulation of removed species. The Department of the Air Force Pacific Air Forces is the contracting agency, as indicated in the related contract opportunity FA527025Q0005.
