About this file
This document is an Amendment with Question Set 1 for the Wake Island (WI) Building 1120 Restoration solicitation (FA521525R0009). The amendment addresses a clarification about page count requirements for proposal submissions, specifically confirming that the 20-page limit includes SAM.gov printout and representations and certifications, which collectively account for 7 pages. The associated federal contract opportunity is issued by the Department of the Air Force Pacific Air Forces and involves restoring Building 1120 on Wake Island. Key submission details include: questions are due by 2:00 PM AKDT on August 25, with answers distributed via email or DoD Safe; proposals are due by 10:00 AM AKDT on September 5, 2025, and must remain valid until September 30, 2025. Proposals should be emailed to Contract Specialist Christie Moyer and Contracting Officer MSgt Erick Shriver, with a read receipt requested.
