Question: Due to the high quantities of the padding materials, the manufacturer (Sangetsu Corp.) cannot produce and ship all of the quantities in one shipment. It would take around 15 separate shipments, one shipment per month (About 100 rolls per shipment). Also, would it be acceptable for the quantity of the vinyl flooring to match the amount needed for each shipment of the padding materials? (about 300 case of vinyl flooring per shipment)

Question: Due to the limitations of the production capacity, the completion of this project will take very long time (possibly over 15 months). (For example, divide the payment in 5 payments, the payment to be issued every third shipment.)
