Does the base pass include escort rights?

Could carpet replacement workers get base passes? Or will they be escorted into the base each day?

Unlike a construction project or reoccurring services contract, as the requests may not be as constant, the base pass if issued most likely will not include escort rights. Base passes for carpet replacement workers will depend on the conditions of each individual requirement. For small requirements where work is not scheduled to take as long, the end-user may choose to escort workers onto the base each day.

Furthermore, as the procedures for base pass submission changes constantly a definite answer cannot be provided at this time.

14. General Will the military perform asbestos inspections of the Installation area?

The Government will conduct asbestos sampling/abatement on the area(s) if needed.
