This document announces a federal contract opportunity for construction industry engagement at Yokota Air Base in Japan. The Department of the Air Force Pacific Air Forces is hosting an Industry Day on April 28, 2016 and a golf tournament on April 29, 2016 to engage with local US military bases and Japanese construction and related contractors. Interested parties are invited to attend one or both events to learn about longer range construction plans across the Army, Navy, and Air Force and opportunities to support local military bases. The registration deadline to indicate interest or ask questions by email is March 31, 2016. The events aim to foster relationships between the Air Force and local contractors who support military construction needs.
