About this file

This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Draughon Bombing and Electronic Attack Range at Misawa Air Base, Japan. The amendment (Number 0003) corrects the descriptions of Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) 2001 through 5005 in Section B of the solicitation, specifically changing option year references from "Option One" to "Option Two", "Option Three", "Option Four", and "Option Five" for respective contract periods.

The amendment requires offerors to replace pages 5 through 9 of the solicitation with revised pages. The contract line items cover monthly O&M services, contractor-acquired parts, travel and temporary duty (TDY), deployment support, and extended work hours for the Draughon Bombing and Electronic Attack Range. Each CLIN spans different option years from October 2026 through September 2030, with consistent language about non-personal services, government reimbursement limitations, and specific operational requirements at Misawa Air Base. The amendment ensures accurate documentation of contract options without changing the fundamental scope of services.
