About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for a Range Training Officers contract solicitation. The document addresses three key clarifications regarding proposal submission requirements:

Resumes submitted as part of the proposal will not count toward the 15-page technical proposal limit; instead, each resume is subject to a 2-page limit. Offerors may redact names and contact information from submitted resumes if they do not wish to disclose the identity of proposed personnel until contract award. Additionally, offerors are permitted to submit official rosters documenting which personnel supported specific exercises, providing evidence of relevant experience without identifying individuals by name.
