Applicant’s agreement and responsibilities regarding Rules and Regulations of Airport Identification Badge (AIB) –

Operations Permit Badge (OPB) – Temporary Badge (TB) - Escort Badge (EB) and Visitor Badge (VB)

1. You should wear your AIB and OPB at all times visible with your picture facing forward. TB/EB/VB together with a valid ID.

2. You are not allowed anyone else to use your badges and/or your access pin code.

3. Your badges are used to perform your job during your working hours and not for personal purposes.

4. All Airport Badges are only valid for the area(s) indicated on the badge.

5. The badge holder is obliged to submit to any screening or check requested by airport authorities.

6. The validity of the AIB badge expires as soon as employment with the requesting company is terminated and the

OPB as it reached 4 punches.

7. The badges remain property of Curacao Airport Partners (CAP).

8. CAP has the right to deny a badge holder access to the Airport and its premises at any point in time in case of abuse/misuse of the badge or any other violation of the security/safety rules and regulations. CAP could confiscate the badge when it deems so necessary.

9. Loss or theft of the AIB and OPB badge should be reported immediately to the airport authorities and police department.

10. In case of damage, loss or theft, the total costs for the replacement badge will be charged to the badge holder, subject to presentation of (airport) police report and a new application.

11. All Badge holders with access to the platform area and with a permit to drive on the airside must show all required documentation when requested. The vehicle has to comply with airport regulations.

12. All badge holders are obliged to complete safety/security awareness training and the badge test with a score of at least 85% before they are issued the badge.
