Q: Is there a paragraph 46.1?
A: Referencing paragraph 1.3 on page 4 of the IDIQ SOW dated 26 Jan 2017. This is a typo. This reference on material submittals is included in paragraph 42.2, in Section 42, Material Submittals.
It is not required for the Sample Project to submit these submittals, but ensure to consider any costs associated with submittals. (typically handled by the Contractor’s Project Manager.)
Q: Are you looking for a coefficient for each CLIN?
A: Yes, enter a coefficient for each CLIN. Section M, paragraph 2.a.ii.e. shows how evaluations will be completed on the coefficient. Excepion: CLIN 0031, e4Clicks, which will be reimbursed at actual cost only.
Q: Can you publish the walk-through (pre-proposal site visit attendees) list?
A: Attendees list has been uploaded to www.fbo.gov
Q: Are there AutoCAD drawings available for the Sample Project?
A: There are no AutoCAD drawings for the Sample Project. Full set of drawings and pictures of equipment tags are available via AMRDEC SAFE by request to julie.kocinski@us.af.mil If you have requested drawings and have not yet received an email from AMRDEC SAFE, please contact julie.kocinski@us.af.mil immediately to have them re-sent.
Q: What types of projects will this contract include?
A: There will be various Mechanical and HVAC projects. Reference the IDIQ SOW dated 26 Jan 2017. The majority are expected to be performed at Luke AFB AZ.
