About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document for a 355 CP CAT/WOC Room A/V Upgrade technical clarification. The document covers three primary sections: Infrastructure and Equipment, Audio/Visual System Requirements, and Contractual and Proposal Clarifications. Key technical requirements include installing seven Samsung televisions in specific locations, a centralized Crestron system connecting 15 desks, two world clocks, ceiling microphones, SVTC and secure audio conferencing capabilities, and video conference camera placement. The contractor will be responsible for installing all equipment, programming Crestron system switches, and ensuring TAA compliance.
Notable specifications include 18 computers in racks, 15 total workstations, HDMI-only KVM switches (ATEN TECHNOLOGIES CS1184H4), Harris speakers (PN: 22050-171), and compatibility with Teams or Zoom platforms. The installation window is set for early December, with potential need for a Secret Clearance. Wireless equipment and peripherals are explicitly prohibited. The government will provide NIPR/SIPR switches and program KVM switches, while the contractor must provide 12 articulating TV mounts and ensure all servers are mounted 28 inches apart.
