This document is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division. The wage determination applies to Florida, specifically the Florida Counties of Bay area, and is effective as of the date of last revision on 7/30/2026 (Wage Determination No. 2015-4559, Revision No. 33).
The document establishes prevailing wage rates for over 150 occupational classifications across multiple occupational categories including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information technology, instructional occupations, laundry and dry-cleaning, machine tool operations, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, and transportation/mobile equipment operations. Wage rates range from $13.59 to $48.73 per hour depending on the occupation and skill level. The determination requires all covered employees to receive a minimum of $5.55 per hour for health and welfare benefits (up to 40 hours weekly or $222.00 per week), vacation accrual of two to four weeks depending on length of service, a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually, and hazardous duty pay differentials of 4 to 8 percent where applicable. Contractors must comply with uniform allowance requirements and conform any unlisted occupational classifications to existing wage determinations using Standard Form 1444 procedures. Computer professionals earning at least $27.63 per hour and meeting specific technical duties requirements may qualify as exempt computer professionals under federal law.
