1. What signage is to be provided for the build?

ANSWER: No job sign required.

2. Cabinet drawings?

ANSWER: This is the responsibility of the contractor’s Designer of Record.

3. Do we need to submit an erosion control plan?

ANSWER: Yes

4. Do we have to design the slab?

ANSWER: Yes

5. Wall outlet locations and quantity?

ANSWER: This is the responsibility of the contractor’s Designer of Record.

6. Distance to proposed new sewer tank?

ANSWER: Approximately 250 feet.

7. Distance to new transformer?

ANSWER: Approximately 200 feet

8. Distance to tie into water main?

ANSWER: Approximately 200 feet

9. Will roll up doors need glass in them?

ANSWER: No

10. Will there be a ft per second on speed of roll up doors (in case of fire emergency)?

ANSWER: No

11. What is the required thickness of insulation in metal building walls?

ANSWER: This is the responsibility of the contractor’s Designer of Record.

12. Will the interior doors require lite kits?

ANSWER: No

13. Will the exterior doors require lite kits?

ANSWER: Yes

14. What gauge metal is required for the metal building?

15. Who will establish finish grade?
