Diagram Legend.jpg

This image is a legend or key for a technical drawing related to HVAC and mechanical system design. The legend provides a comprehensive set of symbols and abbreviations used to represent various components and systems in the drawing, including:

Piping and Duct Symbols:

• Existing and new piping/duct markings
• Supply, return, and exhaust duct section indicators
• Flexible connections and fire dampers
• Pipe turning and flow direction symbols

Equipment and Sensor Symbols:

• Thermostats, temperature sensors
• Humidistat and CO2 sensors
• Valves (gate, globe, check, pressure reducing)
• Pressure gauges and relief valves

Mechanical System Abbreviations:

• Chilled water supply/return (CWS/CWR)
• Hot water supply/return (HWS/HWR)
• Condensate drain line (CD)
• Air distribution devices

The legend provides a detailed reference for interpreting the technical specifications and layout of a mechanical/HVAC system design, enabling precise understanding of the system's components and configuration.
