About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract solicitation FA468626QS017, dated August 5, 2026, regarding a bathroom trailer lease requirement for Beale Air Force Base (9 MUNS).
The document addresses clarifications on facility specifications and site conditions. Key details include: the Government will provide access to one 120V/20-amp electrical circuit with one outlet containing two plugins, located within 100 feet of the trailer; the Government will coordinate removal of the current contractor's trailer prior to setup of the new trailer to avoid overlap between the September 28, 2026 requirement start date and October 2, 2026 delivery deadline; and specific trailer specifications regarding the number of toilets, sinks, holding tank requirements, and ADA ramp necessity are contained in Attachment 1 of the Performance Work Statement. The site conditions indicate no existing plumbing or water/waste line infrastructure, meaning the contractor must provide all necessary water supply and waste management capabilities as self-contained components within the leased trailer.
