About this file

This is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation FA466126Q0065, issued by the Air Force on July 16, 2026, for work at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. The amendment modifies the original solicitation dated July 9, 2026, by adding the "Availability of Funds" clause (FAR 52.232-18) and establishing a proposal validity period through December 31, 2026. All offers must remain valid through that date or face rejection. The amendment is administered by the Contracting Office at FA4661, with primary contacts SSgt Matthew Viana (matthew.viana@us.af.mil, 325-696-3840) and SrA Jesse Wisowaty (jesse.wisowaty@us.af.mil, 325-696-6043).

The solicitation requires offerors to submit proposals in three volumes: a cover page, Volume I (technical proposal including a draft progress schedule based on an August 1 work start date, completed RFP, and proof of bonding capability), and Volume II (pricing breakdown using the attached Pricing Schedule). An optional site visit is scheduled for July 15, 2026, at 1:00 PM CST at Building 8129, Dyess AFB. Questions must be submitted by July 21, 2026, at 1:00 PM CST to the contracting officers. The amendment also adds clauses addressing ombudsman procedures, elimination of Class I ozone-depleting substances, health and safety on government installations, contractor access to Air Force installations, and specific proposal preparation instructions. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
