About this file

This document contains three Air Force Quality Control and Compliance Checklists (AFCQCCs) designed for equipment inspection and maintenance evaluation in cyberspace support operations.

AFCQCC 200-1 addresses General Equipment Physical and Operational Condition, providing a 12-item inspection checklist for IT asset management. The checklist evaluates authorized modifications, cable connections and condition, connector type and cleanliness, fastener security, fuse holder condition, control and switch operation, equipment cleaning procedures, component inspection and soldering quality, power cord and plug compliance with National Electrical Code standards, interlock safety switch operation, and indicator light functionality. Each item references specific Technical Orders (TO) including TO 00-25-234, TO 31-1-75, and TO 31-10-13 for compliance standards. Inspectors assess items as Compliant (C), Compliant With Comments (CWC), Not In Compliance (NIC), or Not Applicable (N/A), with the final evaluation grade issued by a Quality Assurance Evaluator.

AFCQCC 200-2 covers Grounding standards with 24 items evaluating facility grounds condition, lightning protection systems, communications-electronic grounding impedance (10 ohms or less), voltage measurements between equipment and ground points (less than 1 VAC or DC), NO-OX grease application, equipment bonding and shielding, waveguide grounding, lightning protection air terminals and down conductors, electrical resistance measurements, and specialized requirements for transportable facilities and mobile equipment. References include AFMAN 32-1065, MIL-STD 188-124B, MIL-HDBK-419A, and NFPA 780.

AFCQCC 200-3 addresses Cable and Antenna Defense Operations across four major sections: Antenna Maintenance (4 items covering IMDS documentation and PMI scheduling), RF Cabling (7 items on installation, bonding, and surge arrestor placement), Concrete Pads and Piers (1 item), and extensive Antenna Support Poles and Towers evaluation (21 items covering structural integrity, corrosion assessment, climbing device safety, and maintenance hole documentation). The checklist includes outside plant cabling requirements, maintenance hole management, confined spaces rescue training verification, cable labeling and support systems, and communication facility grounding test documentation per TO 00-33A-1001 and industry standards including TIA-222-I and BICSI OSPDRM. The OPR is ACC HQ CCC/CZMM, DSN 779-6281, dated 24 October 2024 and 20 September 2024 respectively.
