(SABER)

CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS & ANSWERS - CLARIFICATION

1. Original Question: Can CCASS evaluations be provided in lieu of PPQ's being turned in?

a. Original Answer: PPQs are not required and CCASS evaluations are not required to be turned in in their place. The Government is required to pull all CCASS evaluations for the past performance evaluation portion. Please keep in mind that this will be accomplished IAW Sections L & M of the solicitation.

i. CLARIFICATION: Offerors are required to send their PPQs to their five (5) references but it is not mandatory for references to supply the completed PPQs. That’s why they aren’t mandatory. We, as the government evaluators, can also send PPQs to your references. PPQs are an important aspect of the process because they help substantiate quality of work.
