NumberDateQuestion
0013/10/2011Will emailed bids be accepted for solicitation FA4626-11-R-0003?

No, all bids (proposals) must be mailed or hand delivered, we will not accept any type of electronically submitted proposals all proposals original copies must contain an original signature.

002 3/15/2011 Requests for product substitutions.

During the solicitation phase of a project the government does not entertain product substitutions nor does the government give pre-approval of acceptable substitutions for products. Typically the government identifies a product and states “or equal.” The process of approving or denying an acceptable alternative product is conducted after project award during the material submittal process between the government and the awardee.
