Amendment 1: Additional Questions and Answers
The purpose of this amendment is to address questions received regarding the Wage
Determination and rooms per night (QTY) listed on the Combined synopsis/solicitation for this solicitation. The Government is providing responses to these questions; however, these responses are not directing the contractor on how to accomplish the work. The intention of the Statement of
Work (SOW) is to describe what is to be accomplished in terms of results. Any responses provided should not be construed as “how” the work is to be performed, but to provide information regarding the current situation. The Awardees will be responsible determining the methods/processes necessary to access their pricing and their weekly room capabilities.
Wage Determination
1. Contractors will NOT need to meet the Prevailing Wage requirements listed on the Wage
Determination for work performed on this BPA.
Combined Synopsis/Solicitation – Room availability/schedule
1. Approximately 350 rooms in total are needed on the weekends calls will be placed. The expectation is that no single hotel provides all 350 rooms, but that the 350 required rooms will be spread across the prospective BPAs. Example, 25 people staying in 1 hotel, 50 in another hotel, etc… Vendors shall advise on their current anticipated per night room availability for Fridays and Saturdays.
2. We do not presently have the projected schedule for FY25 and onwards. Once the schedule is released, we will work with the awarded BPAs to coordinate lodging for our members.
