The Period of Performance is 120 calendar days after contract award, with weekly status reports due to the Contracting Administrator and Project Manager by 12:00 PM every Friday, and written notification required five business days before on-site mobilization. Technical specifications include 4-inch insulated wall panels with vinyl finishes, one commercial walk-in door (36" x 84" minimum), two windows per structure, one 8,000 BTU through-wall HVAC unit, six 115 VAC quad receptacles with internal LED ceiling lighting, an integrated exterior load center with secondary conduit running to the facility electrical panel (within 75 linear feet), internal overhead wet fire sprinkler piping adhering to NFPA 13 standards, and twelve 4-port CAT6 RJ-45 wall jacks with internal plenum-rated cabling terminating at an external consolidation point. The contractor shall provide a one-year manufacturer warranty and one-year workmanship warranty, establish a Quality Control Plan, and provide technical support between 0730–1600 CST Monday–Friday. Work shall be performed Monday–Friday, 0730–1630 CST, excluding Federal Holidays, with strict Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention measures required due to active aircraft maintenance operations. All contractor personnel must obtain base access passes through the 22 SFS Pass and Registration Office, with rosters submitted ten business days prior to arrival. The Government will provide access to existing 115V electrical outlets for small power tools but will not furnish equipment, materials, fuel, or personnel. Contractors must comply with OSHA standards, AFOSH guidelines, McConnell AFB safety directives, and restrictions on Class I Ozone Depleting Substances per Air Force policy.
