About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation issued by the 92nd Contracting Squadron at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington. Amendment 0001, effective May 29, 2026, amends solicitation FA462026QA234 to address vendor questions regarding the procurement. The amendment is directed to all offerors and does not extend the offer receipt deadline. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the solicitation deadline through submission of completed Items 8 and 15, acknowledgment on each offer copy, or separate written correspondence referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers.
The amendment responds to five questions from interested vendors regarding product specifications and contract terms. Specifically, the solicitation requires standard gray paint (not special colors), no performance bond is required, this is a firm-fixed price contract for single delivery only with no option for add-alternates or multi-year supply arrangements, and the product dimensions are 25.5 inches long by 14 inches wide by 17.25 inches high for the body with an overlapping lid. Paint specifications are limited to gray coloring with no additional coating requirements. Offerors must complete and submit Blocks 15a, 15b, and 15c with their proposals. The contracting officer for this amendment is Paul Blais.
