STATEMENT OF WORK
FOR
JUNE & JULY STRONG BONDS
MARRIAGE RETREATS
February 2025
Statement of Work (SOW) For Strong Bonds Marriage Retreats
Fairchild AFB, WA
1. BACKGROUND: The True North Religious Support Team provides for the emotional and spiritual wellbeing of military members and families through various activities, retreats, and educational outreach programs. The Strong Bonds COUPLE LINK Marriage Retreat is one of the programs which enhances our military readiness and maintains total wellness for our force.
2. SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall acquire and provide fixed pricing for lodging, meeting space and meals for 22 personnel in accordance with paragraph 4, “Requirements”.
3. OBJECTIVES: Ensure military couples receive the opportunity to grow, strengthen, and renew relationship bonds through guided workshops at local retreat venues.
4. REQUIREMENTS: The contractor shall acquire and provide fixed pricing for 12 rooms with a queen-sized bed or larger for double adult occupancy; 1 meeting room accommodating up to 22 personnel with catering provided for two (2) dinners, two (2) breakfasts, and one (1) lunch with free high-speed internet from 27 June 2025 through 29 June 2025 and 18 July 2025 through 20 July 2025. The facility shall be serene, aesthetically pleasing neat and clean with free parking provided for guests to enhance and ensure opportunities for personal reflection, open communication, and relationship resiliency is achieved. As a marriage retreat, the location must have recreational activities available for couples such as but not limited to direct access to hiking/walking trails, indoor water park, included recreational activities such as fishing/boating/biking, multiple dining venues, et al.. Visually inspiring views are desired. Rooms must have a private bathroom. No room service, laundry, entertainment, or any other fees shall be charged to the government which includes but is not limited to room service, alcohol, equipment rental, spa services or meals.
5. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Must be within 180 miles of Spokane, Washington.
6. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 27 - 29 June 2025 and 18 - 20 July 2025
