Question/Comment/Clarification

Government Response

1)

Previously you stated there is a building 326 available to store equipment. How big is this building and can we utilize it to store all the equipment prior to start of the install? Or can we store equipment based on phase to be installed?

Building 326 is available for storage next door to the dining facility that can accommodate all items. Vendor is responsible for the transportation from storage building to dining facility. Vendor is responsible for items stored in government facility. Vendor is responsible for any damage to items/parts stored in facility.

Installer must offload all equipment from the delivery truck and install

2)

Since this is a phased install, are we able to do a continuous install, once one phase is finished, are we able to move into the next phase without any lapse of time?

Phase must be complete before moving to the next phase to ensure dining facility remains operational during install. No lapse in time is necessary if phase is complete

3)

In the Description of Service, do I understand, install is not quoted separately but is to be included in the price of each item? Typically, on a project like this install would be quoted as a separate item per phase to include all equipment to be installed during that phase. Can we quote install this way?

Shipping and install cost must be included in the line-item price and not priced separately
