1) Is there storage available on base?

Yes, limited in our building 325. We have our additional 326 building available that can accommodate everything next door to us.

2)

Do you want the equipment to ship to the installer first? (This is more expensive)

Yes, equipment shall be stored at the installers facility until the agreed upon delivery time. Installer must offload all equipment from the delivery truck and install

Our facility does not have a loading dock.

3)

Is there an exhaust hood above the existing dish washer?

Yes

4) Is there a drain within 5’ of the dish washer?

Yes

5)

Do you want us to include a water filter for your ice machine?

No, Filters are under a different contract

Above the serving lines, ballast for the lamps already there

9)

Could we possibly have separate contractors for the work involved? Specifically, we are considering using one contractor for electrical work and another for plumbing. Is this arrangement feasible?

Yes, but we will only hire one contract, any subcontracts would be the responsibility of the main contractor. Our base civil engineers will be able to come in and turn on/off power, water and gas when needed.

This requirement requires no hard wiring or plumbing in the wall. All hookups are in place

10)

I would like to clarify whether we are responsible for providing the new equipment and appliances, or if you will be providing them as part of the project

The contractor will be responsible for providing new equipment and appliances.

11)

Is our participation in a Project Labor Agreement required for this project?

No, this is not a construction project and no construction elements required

12)

In the attachment 1 - SOW 2 APR 24 the item # SHO-100-G is listed twice with the exact same specifications. One is located in the description of line 8 SX55GC and the other is at line 39.

Can you confirm that you want quantity TWO of SHO-100-G to be quoted? Making the grand total of items 40

SX55GC – This item is a steamer, # 11 in Attachment 6 – Equipment list and in the PWS item # 2.8.

Requestion only 1 for quantity.

# SHO-100-G- This item is a double oven, #12 in Attachment 6 – Equipment list and in the PWS item #

2.39. Requestion only 1 for quantity.

13)

The item # RM HP-2 is also repeated. One on line 3 and one on line 37. Can you confirm you are requesting the same item on both lines? The description changes somewhat but the item number does not.

#RM HP-2. Items #3 and #6 in Attachment 6 – Equipment list 2.3 and 2.36 in the SOW.

#3 (2.3 in SOW) requires immersion type heating element and must not exceed L 25”, 30-1/4”W x24- 1/2”D cutout. Salient characteristics differ from #6 (2.36 in SOW)

Items #3 and #6 in Attachment 6 are not the same
