About this file

This is an Amendment of Solicitation (Standard Form 30) issued by the United States Air Force. Amendment Number 0001 is effective August 27, 2026, and modifies solicitation FA460026Q0114. The contracting activity is FA4600 (55 CONS PKP) located at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, with Hunter Hendrix and Eyvind Boyesen listed as contracting officers. This is an amendment to a solicitation for commercial products and commercial services related to Radio and RoIP (Radio over Internet Protocol) systems, as indicated by the attachments referencing a Radio and RoIP Statement of Need and Brand Name Justification and Analysis.

The amendment makes two substantive changes: (1) updates the Statement of Need to clarify the configuration model of one product, and (2) adds a question due date and time to the 52.212-1 clause. Offerors must submit questions by Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM Central Daylight Time, with signed and dated offers due on or before September 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Offers must include the solicitation number, offeror contact information, UEI/EFT indicator, evaluation factors, certifications, agreement with all terms, one electronic copy of pricing per CLIN structure, and a plan not exceeding 10 pages describing how requirements in the Performance Work Statement or Statement of Need will be met, including specifications of all parts and equipment. Offerors agree to hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the offer receipt date. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
