Bidder’s Library Instructions
A Bidders’ Library will be set up for viewing by appointment only beginning on 28 Oct 13 through 1 Nov 13. Appointment times, in 3 hour allotments, will be available each day beginning at 8:00am CDT. The bidders’ library will take place at Booz Allen Hamilton Engineering Services (BAHES), 1716 Corporate Crossing, Suite 2, O’Fallon, IL 62269. BAHES is operating the bidders’ library as part of their contractual requirement IAW Integration Support for AMC Command and Control Mobility Programs contract (GSA contract # GS-10F-0063N, TO # HC1028-11-F-0213. BAHES has signed a Non-Compete Agreement. This bidders’ library is for informational purposes regarding this solicitation only. The purpose of the bidders’ library is to give potential offerors a view of the work being accomplished on the current COM-F contract. To schedule an appointment please contact Ms. Linda Cook, (618) 229-6352, linda.cook.2.ctr@us.af.mil and Mr. Tom Bridges, (618) 229-6756, thomas.bridges.ctr@us.af.mil with a courtesy copy to Mr. Lee Mutschler, (618) 256-9978, lee.mutschler@us.af.mil and Ms. Jennifer Gasparich, (618) 256-9966, jennifer.gasparich@us.af.mil prior to appointment. Please allow 48 hours for the processing of your appointment request in order to ensure access to the bidders’ library location. A record of those who view the bidders’ library shall be made and documented in the contract file.
Bidders’ Library will close at 5:00 PM Central Time on 1 Nov 13. The bidder’s library can accommodate no more than five total offeror personnel at a time as only five laptops will be available for viewing information. The limit is no more than three personnel per day from one company attending the bid library. Each individual attending must have an appointment. If you will be accompanied by colleagues, please provide their individual names, email addresses and telephone numbers. Please keep in mind that all colleagues may not be scheduled for the same time slot. No walk-ins are Informationallowed. Information provided shall be purely for informational purposes. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply.
