About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers section for RFQ FA4484-26-Q-0014 A0001, a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) solicitation for hotel lodging services for the 514th Air Force Reserve Command unit.
The Government intends to establish BPAs directly with hotels only; third-party vendors, agents, or brokers are not eligible to hold the BPA, though hotels may receive bid preparation support from third parties provided the hotel remains the named offeror and BPA holder. All participating hotels must maintain active SAM.gov registrations. The 514th currently operates multiple BPAs with various vendors and is seeking additional vendors to address capacity constraints. The anticipated average length of stay is two nights, typically Friday and Saturday, with historical averages of approximately 50 rooms per 2-night stay per hotel per month. There are no minimum or maximum room quantity requirements; actual needs vary month to month based on mission requirements. The Government seeks vendors offering Burlington County Government Lodging Rates as published on GSA based on monthly room availability. Awarded BPAs will have a 5-year period of performance from the award date, with no specific start or end date identified in these answers. The Government can provide anticipated lodging needs and forecasted dates on a yearly basis to support offeror planning and proposal preparation.
