| a. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of G081/MAF LOG C2 or equivalent aircraft maintenance information system. | |
| b. Describe how you will provide G081 functional programming support and training to G081 PMO as well as G081 users worldwide. These include technical assistance to G081 users, developing training products, and integrate databases, web pages and application programming. | |
| c. Provide detailed approach on how you will provide IT infrastructure support for AMC/A4 staff, G081 PMO, and Wing-level logistics organizations including maintenance and enhancement of electronic tools (eTools) / Mobile Computing Devices (i.e. rugged and standard laptops, tablets and handheld devices, etc.), servers, and supporting applications that reside on these devices. See attachment 11 of RFP for supporting applications. | |
| Subfactor: STAFFING APPROACH | |
| a. A description of the organizational interfaces between prime contractor and subcontractors’ necessary to accomplish the tasks. Description shall include the prime contractor’s ability to organize and manage proposed subcontractor agreements and the subcontractor’s project roles/responsibilities. | |
| b. Provide a detailed and effective phase-in plan which demonstrates the contractor’s ability to acquire and organize its resources to meet the contract schedule in regards to PWS requirements. Provide a draft phase-in plan with an explanation for start-up, mobilization, and transition depicting the chronological sequence of events which will be accomplished in order to meet all PWS requirements. | |
| c. A detailed and effective plan which demonstrates the contractor’s ability to meet the staffing requirements outlined in Army in Europe (AER) Regulation 715-9 in support of Task 1 in regards to PWS paragraph 3.3 for Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA) in Germany. |
