About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file dated 19 September 2025 for a federal contract opportunity involving a Secondary Distribution Center (SDC). The Q&A clarifies two key details: the specific SDC configuration and deployment location. For the SDC, the government confirmed they want the P/N PDSYS-SDC-150-2/20 configuration, which they have updated in the Statement of Work (SOW). The SDC specifications include dimensions of 48in width, 61in length, and 72in height, with an operating temperature range of -25°F to +125°F and a storage temperature range of -65°F to +150°.

The document also confirms the equipment will be used exclusively in the Continental United States (CONUS), rendering questions about overseas deployment and generator fuel types (JP8 or aviation fuel) irrelevant. The SDC includes multiple electrical connections, such as (16) 60-Amp output receptacles, (2) 15-Amp output convenience receptacles, (1) 200-Amp MEP input connector, and (9) 200-Amp load break elbow input connectors. The Q&A suggests the contracting agency is seeking to clarify technical specifications and deployment parameters for this specific piece of equipment.
