STATEMENT OF WORK

Repair Air Freight Terminal, B977

TRAVIS AFB, CALIFORNIA

Project Number: XDAT 16-1042

TRIRIGA Number: 1023631 DATE: 11 October 2019

1.0 DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The contractor is to provide all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, and qualified labor necessary to renovate the first floor office restrooms, the customer service office, and the warehouse restrooms within building 977 per Tran Systems Final Design Submittals (See 2a,2b and 2c). These renovations include the architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection services necessary to provide the code-compliant spaces required by the Scope of Work (SOW) suitable for supporting the current mission. These renovations focus primarily on upgrading the user comfort within these spaces, including finishes and temperature control, and ensuring that the renovated spaces meet all applicable criteria. The SOW also includes specific measures to improve the thermal comfort and safety of personnel working with the warehouse area of the freight terminal, as well as Shop 112.

2.0 STATEMENT OF WORK: See “2a. TAFB B977 Design Analysis”

2.1 Architectural Requirements: See “2a. TAFB B977 Design Analysis” pages 5-7, Code and Design Criteria, Existing Conditions, Demolition and Proposed Work for the following facility areas:

a. First Floor Office Men’s Restroom and Rear Access Corridor

b. First Floor Office Women’s Restroom

c. Customer Service Office: Open Office, Supervisor Office, Break Room, Server Room

d. Shop 112

e. Warehouse Restrooms

f. Warehouse Area

2.2 Mechanical Requirements: See “2a. TAFB B977 Design Analysis” pages 8-9, Code and Design Criteria, Demolition and Proposed Work for the following facility areas:

a. First Floor Office Men’s and Women’s Toilet/Locker Rooms

b. Northwest Restroom

c. Customer Service Office (112)

d. Shop (113)

e. Customer Service Office IT Room

f. Warehouse Area

g. The new equipment being provided under this scope of work shall be DDC controlled and connected to the base wide EMCS system.
